And no that is  not a nod to Adele, alright maybe it is.


How to find your grove in an economy that is always rolling.

 

It’s certainly not easy, no matter how educated or aware you are. It takes work, reading, waiting, doing, observing, and feeling.

 

No it’s not natural. However it’s not slimy either. It’s sleek.

Find your audience, learn about them. About what they love, who they love; what holds value. Then use it, apply to your product, idea, marketing. Absorb them into every inch of your brain.  Don’t use who they are against them. Make it to their advantage.

When you can put value on “enter product here” they will buy it. You don’t want to ‘sell’ them you want to make  it an experience. Make it easy, fun and simple.

 

You can apply this tid-bit of advice in any situation, way beyond Real Estate.

…and yes its always harder than it sounds.
