Bought a Condo home in 2011 for approximately $250K in Phoenixville, PA.

 

 

My wife and I were shopping for a home, we found one and our original realtor gave our bid and it was accepted and was followed up with a cashier's check for our deposit. The original couple that put the bid on the property, were not able to close. Their realtor tried one more time and it did settle. We were basically used as a back-up in case the other couple did not settle again. We were then called by our realtor and she apologised and couldn't believe what was done. I ran into Anthony and he worked with us tirelessly and we found a house and were under contract in four days. A week later we went to settlement.

My experience with Anthony was great. He goes out his way to help and inform people on their options when it comes to either buying a home and renting as well. His knowledge of various locals in pennsylvania is impressive to say the least, he knows his craft for sure and is pleasant to work with, he is very prompt with e-mail responses and returning phone call messages and is willing to work with the purchaser in negoitiating the best fair deal in the best interest of the purchaser. All around great person and that also goes for his team workers over at Bonaventure realty.

The Pretty Hidden Step Child House. yes that is how i refer to this property.

(its an endearing title, i myself have a step child that i adore.)

Always overlooked but its really wonderful.

I really do like it, i swear.

why, let me say so.

First it has cozy and charming features nestled in pockets of the house. First example; a curved door that serves as a closet. The knobs are all Victorian; but not junky. It has a simple elegance and whisper that calls back to 1800's.  The fireplace is brick; the kitchen is redone and modern. However the renovation does not over shadow its old world charm nor does it clash.
 
My very favorite is the Tiffany inspired windows that sit right over the front door.
{please be advised, the windows that hang over the front door are not actual Tiffany. They just have a very similar look to them of that of Tiffany made wndows circa the mid 40's.}


lets be honest, the picture sucks. (I'm working on it.) However its worth a showing. Call, text, tweet.

How to find your grove in an economy that is always rolling.

 

It’s certainly not easy, no matter how educated or aware you are. It takes work, reading, waiting, doing, observing, and feeling.

 

No it’s not natural. However it’s not slimy either. It’s sleek.

Find your audience, learn about them. About what they love, who they love; what holds value. Then use it, apply to your product, idea, marketing. Absorb them into every inch of your brain.  Don’t use who they are against them. Make it to their advantage.

When you can put value on “enter product here” they will buy it. You don’t want to ‘sell’ them you want to make  it an experience. Make it easy, fun and simple.

 

You can apply this tid-bit of advice in any situation, way beyond Real Estate.

…and yes its always harder than it sounds.
