My wife and i are a team in real estate, and she carries along with her a small bruised,broken and damaged red book. Its called 'Little Red Book of Selling' by Jeffrey Gitomer

You don't have to be in sales to learn and (gasp) enjoy this read.

my all time favorite line is "Do it for yourself, Selfish wins."

Well by George that's a rather awful line, some of you may whisper.

NO...i mean, no really its OK. If you can't go out and work or mange your life for you, then who will you do it for? Your dog? I don't think so. Self motivation, its the same thing just using more letters to say so.

As soon as we walk into the office she flips the cover open and reads some line that has been doodled over or circled or has some odd looking glitter paste. Without fail it makes me think; it makes her think, we think , we muse, we ponder, we discuss. How can we better you (the client) and your time finding what you need?

I love this book, you will love this book. You/My wife/I will love this book till every page falls out and its just in your head.

Why, because it has taught US how to be a better employee for YOU.
